Scared

The other night while talking on the phone I noticed a lump in my right breast.  My mom pushed me to call the doctor to get it checked.  Reluctantly I called.  Today I went to the doctor and she definitely felt something there.  She said I have cystic breasts...whatever that means!  So now I have to wait till Monday October 31st to have a sonogram done to see what is going on.  I am so scared!  I then texted my birthmother to see if there was any family history of breast cancer and she said yes.  This is going to be a long week!  I have nothing but my troubling thoughts to keep me distracted for the next week!  Please let this be a false alarm!!!!!  I cannot handle something like this!
